Selling the OC is a reality television series airing on Netflix. It is a spin-off of the famous Selling Sunset, which has aired for seven seasons as of 2023. Selling the OC revolves around the real estate agents from the Oppenheim Group in Orange County, California.

Selling the OC follows the high-end real estate agents as they go about their professional and personal lives, including relationships, friendships, and businesses.

The cast of Selling OC includes Jason and Brett Oppenheim, Alex Hall, Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Brandi Marshall, Gio Helou, Kayla Cardona, Lauren Shortt, Polly Brindle, Sean Palmieri, Austin Victoria, and Tyler Stanaland.

Alex Hall

Alexandra “Alex” Hall is a luxury real estate agent with a background in interior design. Talking of drama on the show, Alex brings it all without fail. In season 2 of Selling The OC, she was linked with fellow agent Tyler Stanaland who was recently divorced.

Hall is a single mother of two and is willing to do anything to secure a bright future for her son and daughter. Alex was married to her ex-husband Neil Flores for about seven years.

Speaking of money, Alex seems to be making bank from selling houses. Throughout the show, she has been selling multimillion properties with a large commission. She is estimated to have a net worth of not less than $ 2 million.

Alexandra Jarvis

Alexandra Jarvis is a businesswoman, attorney, and real estate agent. On the show, she is seen as the most hardworking realtor where she goes door knocking looking for buyers or sellers. She was in a controversy among her coworkers that she was married multiple times.

Jarvis made it clear that she was married twice and engaged three times. She got married to Sergio Docoulombier in April 2003. Judging by the properties she has sold, Jarvis is estimated to have a net worth of $4 million.

Alexandra Rose

Alexandra Rose is among the four ‘Alexandras’ at The Oppenheim Group on the Selling Sunset show. She has a background in finance and economics and therefore has a way of turning her properties into real money. She used to do door-knocking with her friend Jarvis from season one but they fell apart due to their normal drama on the show.  Rose has an estimated net worth of not less than $1 million.

Brandi Marshall

Brandi Marshall is a former public relations executive willing to step up her game in the real estate market. She is married to former basketball player Sean Marshall and together they have two children.

She joined the Oppenheim Group around 2021. Even though she began with a slow start, Brandi was able to catch up with her fellow agents and has sold multi-million homes. Brandi has an estimated net worth ranging between $1 million and $5 million.

Gio Helou

Giovanne “Gio” Helou is a real estate agent in California. He is one of the Oppenheimer Group Agents who are always surrounded by drama. He was one of the first realtors to join the Oppenheimer Group when it opened its branch in Orange County. Judging by the properties he has sold as seen on Selling The OC, Gio has an estimated net worth of $4 million.

Kayla Cardona

Kayla Cardona began working as a real estate agent in 2019 when she obtained her realtor license. She joined the Oppenheim Group in 2021 where she began with a slow start as seen on the show. She was able to secure a deal and sold her first property months after being at the brokerage.

Talking of drama, Kayla seems to be entangled with most of the things happening in the office. Apart from selling houses, Kayla revealed in season one that she sometimes works as a bartender at night. Kayla has an estimated net worth ranging between $200k and $ 500k.

Lauren Shortt

Lauren Shortt is a realtor and reality TV personality. She brings sweet and calm vibes to the show. She does not associate with much drama on the show and maybe concentrates on selling houses.

Lauren has been living in Orange County for around 10 years and gained her real estate license in April 2017. She has previously worked at First Team Real Estate and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage before joining The Oppenheim Group. Lauren has an estimated net worth of between $ 300k to $1 million.

Polly Brindle

Polly Brindle is an English realtor and a model. She moved to the United States in 2011 and worked in various jobs before settling on being a real estate agent. As a model, Polly has worked with popular brands such as Aston Martin, Dior, and Lancome among others.

She obtained her licence in May 2021 and joined the Oppenheim Group which was her first broker firm. Polly is estimated to have a net worth between $500k and $1 million.

Sean Palmieri

Sean Palmieri is one of the cast members of Selling the OC who has less screen time and is not involved in drama. He has previously worked at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty, and Coldwell Banker Global Luxury before joining The Oppenheim Group in May 2021.

Austin Victoria

Austin Victoria is a professional realtor who got his operating license in July 2017. He has previously worked at Keller Williams Realty in the Beverly Hills branch, OA Real Estate Group where he worked for nine months as a sales associate, and Douglas Elliman. Austin joined Oppenheim Group in Orange County in July 2021 and has been soaring high ever since.

On Selling The OC, Austin is barely involved in any drama. He lives in Orange County with his wife and their twin daughters who have made appearances on the show. Austin has an estimated net worth of not less than $1 million. He works as an actor and model apart from being a realtor.

Tyler Stanaland

Tyler Stanaland was born into the real estate business. His father, John Stanaland is a well-known real estate broker who owns the Douglas Elliman brokerage. Tyler worked with his father at the family brokerage until 2021 when he left for Oppenheim Group.

He went back to his father’s brokerage after being in a lot of unnecessary drama at Selling OC. Tyler has an estimated net worth of not less than $1.5 million.
